Heathfield nursery school set to expand |
by www.sussexexpress.co.uk - added 22/05/2009 |
By two heathfield nurseries join forces ONE of Heathfield's longest established nursery schools is expanding to welcome the children from nearby Jack and Jill in Old Heathfield. Huffle Nursery School owner Jeni Woodhouse set up Jack and Jill in 2004 because she couldn't meet the demand for places at her main site in Beechwood Lane.
Jack and Jill now has 68 children on roll.
Now Jeni, who started her childcare business 28 years ago, plans to create more space at Huffle so she can integrate the two nurseries.
This means that from August 2009, Jack and Jill children will benefit from better facilities, more space, more staff and more activities.
The expansion coincides with a range of improvements that are being made at Huffle which include an 'outside' classroom and new playground equipment. |
